    1. Hi Ilona, I am not quite sure, what you want to know. Are you interested in how many diets I tried or how I tried so many diets?

        1. I have tried a lot of diets and many worked well for me … but only for a while. When a diet involves too radical changes of my eating habits, it takes a lot of discipline to pull through. The biggest problem always was that I had to prepare “normal” food for my kids and at the same time diet food for me. So failure was inevitable.

          What finally worked for me was a combination of intermittent fasting and intuitive eating.

          The most important thing, though, is that I have learned from my own weight loss efforts that there is no such thing as “THE DIET” that works for everyone. There is just the right diet for you … and what works for you might not work half as well for your best friend.

          Therefore I try to give insights in different weight loss approaches and in my coachings analyzing the personal background of my clients plays an important role in finding their way of losing weight.
